ASPIER Chronology
Foundation & Affiliation
Launched the M.Sc. in Clinical Embryology & Pre-implantation Genetics in affiliation with the University of Mysore. The first program globally combining embryology training with genetic screening.
Lab Scaling & Biopsy Practice
Fitted IVF laboratories with state-of-the-art micromanipulators, laser biopsying equipment, and vitrification loops to introduce full blastocyst trophectoderm biopsying to students.
Clinical Network Scale
Partnered with regional fertility networks and standalone IVF clinics to support live-observation workflows for senior batch oocyte collections. Alumni numbers reached 400.
A Decade of Placement Excellence
Completed over a decade of M.Sc. batches. Over 500 graduates active globally as clinical embryologists. Direct placements in leading networks (Nova IVF, Indira IVF) in compliance with the recent ART Bill rules.
Growth & Professional Placement
The M.Sc. in Clinical Embryology & Pre-implantation Genetics was the first course initiated in 2015 under the University of Mysore. Over the years, clinical embryology has grown into one of the most high-demand healthcare careers.
With over 3,000 fertility centers active across India, driven by increasing public health standards, the need for skilled lab directors is critical. The recent government ART Bill mandates that every fertility center employ certified clinical embryologists with recognized postgrad degrees.
ASPIER graduates benefit from direct campus placements and recruitment partnerships with leading IVF chains (like Nova IVF and Indira IVF), maintaining a 100% employment rate for over a decade.
